Waterline Square is a gorgeous, light-filled space, beautifully designed with a stellar concierge team!
I've resided here since the Grand Opening, 5 yrs ago. It's safe & clean for the most part but there is a high turnover of renters. Other than that, Maintenance is quick & accurate; Our Front Desk are professional & kind; And also Management is located in the building next door, for any concerns. Restaurants, Grocery Store, Wine Cellar store, Private & Public Schools AND an 10,000 sq ft Club House w/ Gym & Pool, in our basement.
Would like to thank the entire Waterline team for an incredible experience as a renter at Waterline 1. From Leasing & Management (Ari and Aaron), Building and Staff (Alex, Winson, Manny, Justin, Sky, Kevin, Wayne, Dylan, etc.), Waterline Club (AJ, Diamond), even Garage (Mohammed, Fernando, Omar) - the service was impeccable and top-notch.
