Bland looking!Like so many buildings these days. Go to the Toronto suburb of Mississauga,and look at the curves of the tower nicknamed after actress Monroe . All the ugly buildings being built these days is sad. Profit maximization is not always the best for the long run health of capitalism.

We live in the West Tower (1181 Sunset). We love our home. We have had no real issues with the building and any deficiencies were taken care of quickly when we moved in. I like the fact there are so many dog owners. The current strata council also do a great job managing through new-building growing pains with the developer. I can't say enough about the challenges they must have faced to bring such an ambitious building to the market. It will be an iconic address well into the future.

Not an ideal place to live. Very nice living way up high in the building over looking the lake. It is great and all. Building is fairly sound proof. Its super luxury. I can go on all day with how nice of a job they did. But what kind of life is it, you can have your family over for a bbq outside by the pool in the common area. If you dont mind security looking for reasons to fine you with tickets. Had more than 6 people over at the pool, which was empty and no one else was around the bbq area. We occupied 1/3 stations.
