The building constantly smells like weed—I can even smell it in my apartment. no parking—I park two blocks away daily. If you attempt to unload groceries, you risk harassment from a racist older woman known for targeting residents. She’s harassed me and others multiple times—standing in front of my car to block me, following us while shouting racist slurs—and management refuses to act or respond to me, even after telling me to file a police report because they refuse to deal with her. We were looking to rent there, and as soon as we walked in the building, marijuana smell was a complete turn off. It actually was making me feel sick to my stomach and then you can’t even park there and then at the time there was a water leak near the laundry room and we were walking on water through the rug. The only nice part was the receptionist was very nice to us except that No thank you !

I've moved here around 4 months ago, it's been good so far except the gym and laundry which is very dirty. Recently a piece that protects the elevator door broke and still hasn't fixed but this very nice the view is cinematic.
