OMG, this place is frustrating! So incompetent! I cancelled an appointment 6 months ago because I had a bad experience with Dr. Rapanos. Last week, they informed me of an upcoming appointment, so I cancelled it again! TODAY, they called AGAIN to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Seriously? If I get a bill for missing an appointment, I will report them so quickly!! HATE THIS PLACE!
