Avoid this place. Technician named Moatz extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. A negative experience overall the only positive was the front desk lady was friendly and helpful.
Brought my dad here for an appointment today. They called him yesterday the day before to tell him the elevator is out of service and he'll have to go up 3 flights of stairs!!! The appointment is for mobility issues how are you making all these patients take the stairs!?! I guess the building had a fire?! I over heard one of the receptionists mention it to a patient over the phone... I feel its very unprofessional and inconsiderate to only notify patients a day before their appointment! OMG, this place is frustrating! So incompetent! I cancelled an appointment 6 months ago because I had a bad experience with Dr. Rapanos. Last week, they informed me of an upcoming appointment, so I cancelled it again! TODAY, they called AGAIN to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Seriously? If I get a bill for missing an appointment, I will report them so quickly!! HATE THIS PLACE!
