Horrible. Begged for an appointment, finally got in, then they ignored my concerns about my 1995 Eurovan, telling me what is was doing was normal (even thought I’ve had it for ten years). In lieu of actual help, appoint ent offered me “beautification” (thankfully, for the van) and sent me on my way after charging me for a diagnostic for which I never received a receipt. Very shady peeps. Finding someone to work on older Eurovans can be tough, but these guys are NOT the answer.
