This provider changed my script after I went to CVS Pharmacy and heard the original Rx he prescribed was out of stock. When I called back they promptly checked with the provider and explained my dilemma. He was happy to write another script and call it in immediately for me while I wait at the pharmacy. This will save me another trip and get me the relief I need today rather than waiting until Monday, as today is Saturday. I am very grateful for great care and customer service.
