Absolutely love this place! I had been searching for a decent used vehicle for awhile and it was a breath of fresh air from the moment I walked in the door. The sales person was knowledgeable and HONEST from very beginning of the transaction. They definitely earned my trust and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle.
i cannot stress how thankful i am for garrett and chris at one up! i needed a car so badly and they made it work with what i had. They even came and rescued me out of a parking lot when something was messed up with my car :) (not eithers partys fault). quick and easy service with great conversations in between! I LOVE THESE PEOPLE

Ex wife bought a used Jeep from them. Later found out transmission was bad, front end was bad. After going in to show them they did not look at it when she took it in. They took advantage of a lady that did not know better.. so far new waterpump, new radiator and transmission work. NOW IT'S JUST A PIECE OF JUNK ,NOT WORTH PUTTING THOUSANDS INTO.
