I had the pleasure of working with One Unit Land Development in April 2024. I actually found his information on OfferUp and had my initial concerns when he asked for payment upfront! The owner did everything he said he was going to do an even brought me a couple of loads of better quality dirt than I paid for! I appreciate his can do attitude and his excellent customer service! I would highly recommend One Unit development!
