I have always had good experiences with this practice and the dentists working there.I do feel that I have to report that on two occasions recently there has been a malfunction of the drill which to a nervous patient did not help the procedure.This was not the fault of the dentist but rather with the equipment provided.I was surprised that the drill had not been replaced or mended by the owner of the practice as the malfunction happened again on a subsequent visit.Hopefully the matter will be resolved before my next visit as... read more
Absolutely amazing dental practice. The receptionists are always so helpful and understanding, especially Gemma, she is just so kind and so sympathetic. My dentist Numair is so lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble. He always talks through options and he is so knowledgeable and is outstanding at what he does, I really trust him. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
I have had recent remedial work undertaken. The service at One Two Three dental has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to Kate for her expertise and patience.
Numair understood my concerns, offered the best solution and steered me away from the most expensive solution, which they explained wouldn't be best for me.
