I have been attending for over 2 years and absolutely love it! I've never enjoyed going to the gym, or stuck at it for very long, until I discovered One Two Boxing. It's a fun way to keep fit and release stress. Great music and lighting too...it's like being in a club!
One two boxing is such a welcoming environment! Prior to one two I hadn’t boxed before and the team do such a good job at guiding you through the classes to ensure that you always feel comfortable and confident. Every class is different which keeps you engaged and you’re guaranteed to get an awesome calorie burn. Love it here!!
Fitness classes where you see results and have fun doing so! A great variety of classes and times and the instructors are all knowledgeable and bring the vibes! A great community to be a part of.
Staff are all great, friendly and ready to give advice. Every time you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile and the whole atmosphere is pumping and alot of fun. I couldn't mention any favourite instructors because they are all amazing and each bring their own vibe, atmosphere and personality to the studio
I dropped in for a workout cause I heard it was fun. Sajed was a great instructor and had the place pumping. He showed the combo's well and explained how to follow the screen. Definitely a good full body work, like a boxing super circuit.
