Oh my goodness! OneTrueLoan.com is fantastic!!!!! We have gone through other loan places before, and OneTrueLoan.com is by FARRRRR the BEST, with LOW HOME LOAN RATES and SERVICE! Mo and his team @ One True Loan did a fantastic job in getting us a refinance for our home. He was helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. On the day we were supposed to sign loan docs our dog had to had emergency surgery so we had to reschedule. Not only were they understanding, but Mo contacted us afterwards to see how our dog was feeling after her surgery. Really outstanding service! Highly recommend One True Loan to others!

We had an amazing experience with One True Loan. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning because their rates were so much lower than everyone else's and it being an internet company. It's always difficult dealing with a new company, especially with something as large and important as lending. Our experience with One True Loan was quick and painless. We first started working with another company but felt they were pushy and unreliable. We then found One True Loan and started working with Mo Mousa and Christine Yang who were great to work with as they guided us through the whole loan process. If we had to do it again it would be One True Loan all the way.
I was a little hesitant at first to go with any online company for my first home loan. After reading some reviews of One True Loan, I wanted to check our what they have to offer and I'm glad I called them. Mo Mousa was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He and Jose from One True Loan guided me throughout the home buying process and helped me close on the house on time. I would highly recommend One True Loan for home mortgage needs.
