I would steer clear of this company and John Carter. Makes promises and does not deliver after spending my money unnecessarily on surveys that he recommends and arranges. Was promised an estimate and never received one; quit on me quickly without any real reason. Says he is retired and doesn't need the money, only does what is interesting to him, so I would not be part of that. Very colorful/foul language in every other sentence. This company and its owner John Carter, TOOK MONEY FROM US ILLEGALLY. They lost their case against us (Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals case# 14-60072) John Carter refuses to return our $55,000.00 A THIEF IS A THIEF NO MATTER HOW YOU DRESS IT. We are filing a complaint with the California Contractor License Board.
