I initially gave a positive review, but I feel I need to update it. I understand the process of buying and selling a used car, but I expected the vehicle to at least be in good working condition. I’ve only had the car for a year, and now I’m facing multiple issues. First, during an oil change, I was told all four tires needed to be replaced. I've been to this shop before, but the downsides are that it's inconvenient to make an appointment. During peak hours, there's a long line. Basic car maintenance also takes a long time, about 2-3 hours. I'm also concerned about the mechanics there; their level, skills, and quality are disappointing. I hope they can improve, so think twice before going.
