Absolutely one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Millennium Toyota is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and, frankly, dishonest. We placed a $500 down payment on a 2024 Toyota Corolla SE (white). The deal was DONE, all that remained was the financing. On Sunday, we were told they would review the interest rate and that we should come back Monday to finalize everything and take the car home. They never called. Be very careful when considering doing business with this dealership. My experience with the sales representative, Tajbid Hasan, and the finance manager, Ronny Chavez, raised several serious concerns regarding the transparency and accuracy of the transaction. During the purchase process, a specific purchase price was negotiated; however, the purchase contract reflected a significantly higher purchase price, almost close to $4,000 more than what had been discussed. I don’t know how they survive.!!! This is a comedy show place, or snake’s den!!! The first guy Kenny, was decent and seems honest. We agreed on a price. He brought another guy, probably his boss, to confirm. The second guy went to his boss to confirm and they said ok. So we all shake hands and to comeback the day after, or weekend. Kenny also said he might be able to get the color i wanted for the same price. We left happy. I financed a 2021 Toyota Camry in April of 2025. Since then, I tried to refinance my car at a lower interest rate. I have excellent credit. My credit union said that they cannot refinance my vehicle because I am $8,000.00 upside down on the loan. So, in other words, they overcharged me 8,000.00 I owe more than what my car is worth. I would like to thank Brittany Markel for the outstanding job she did in getting my 2008 Lexus RX400H serviced. I called Hall Toyota's Service Dept due to problems on my instrument cluster having the VSC, ABS, Brake, Traction Control lights on. Brittany Market, Service Advisor, basically told me what the issues were. She had me scheduled very quickly and got me in and out in just a few days.
