I booked an appointment for a new set with shellac. Mariia started my service and then told me me I was only booked for something else. I showed her the text and she said she was not the one who was texting me. I asked her if she could the new set and she said no. I asked her if it was because she had another client and she said no it’s because she has plans. This was at 5pm and I was leaving for vacation the next day. What a joke this place is. Amazing service very good with designs
The Russian manicure was good. However I was not expecting to pay $80 extra just for nail extensions. That’s not including the gel and shellac manicure with it. Would have been nice if the nail technician confirmed the add on price before proceeding. Also not really happy with how she shaped my nails. It looked fine there but the end of the nail flicks up which is odd. Not worth $240+ for a manicure.
The technician’s service wasn’t poor, but the result was acceptable. I did not receive any offer for drinks, and after my service, I didn’t even get a small complimentary bag — while my friend, who is Russian, received one. I can’t believe I experienced racism at a place where I spent $120. Please be aware: I received numerous calls today after posting an honest review. Leave me alone. I am a customer, I paid for the service, and I am entitled to express how I feel.
I found this salon through TikTok and took a gamble going here for the first time for my wedding nails. I’m sooo glad because this was the best manicure of my life! Karina was so sweet and attentive. My cuticles look immaculate and they’ve lasted for weeks. Definitely will be returning
