with regret, I have to say I cannot recommend one touch heat and cool, we have a warranty issue and called several times for parts and they don't even answer our call, I have to call LG for a reference if their is someone who can service or system and even LG said they would call to help us with our warranty problem, and yet no call, I have been having problems with my LG mini split.
