I have never seen such disrespect to a customer who paid in full for an appliance. After eyeing and appliance days before I came back as promised to purchased a refrigerator early morning as soon as they opened and was told Same day delivery - to next day. Once the business day was closing I called for a status everyone I spoke told me it was coming that evening. I received not one returned phone call nor update.
