Superior treatments than at any other PT office!!!! I’ve been going to them for eight years and always found relief to whatever condition I needed it at the time. Anybody I have referred them to have also raved about the two therapists!
I have had nausea since I was 7 from what I can remember which we believe to be caused by head trauma. I have been seeing Amy for only a month now and already see a difference I can actually ride in a car now without needing to pull over!! I haven't been able to do certain things in life due to this and I'm looking forward to the future of continuing to fix this! I highly recommend seeing them for honestly any fix I haven't had this much hope before!
One to One is absolutely the best Physical Therapy experience you can have. They are all so professional and wow...do they know their stuff. More knowledge of the human body than I thought possible. Amy helped me with my neck and shoulder pain with her caring and experience. Highly recommend One to One! Plus, they have lots of fun.

One to One PT has literally saved me. Amy and her staff are the kindest most caring people you will meet. They are so knowledgeable and extremely good at what they do. I first took my oldest daughter there in 2012 for a shoulder injury. Then in 2014 I started seeing them for my shoulder. I have taken both my teen daughters there regularly for sports injuries. I honestly don’t know where I’d be today without them. I can’t thank you enough One to One. I’m so extremely blessed by all of you.
