This rating is no reflection on our Doctor. Dr. Laguduva has helped my mother and I, in more ways than we could imagine. She is great. However, I am livid at the awful receptionists at the Montville location or Morristown. When you give misinformation for months to patients, you should be ashamed. These receptionists need to go. You say a location is no longer open due to unforeseen circumstances. Then, you say location will reopen and will call each patient directly. And when you don’t, it’s unnerving. Very disappointing! My wife had a simple procedure and had to make 8 trips in the last 6 months. There is no resolution till date and finally my wife has to under go surgery. 1) Wait times on an avg is around 1 hour and 15 mins. 2) Bad communication, Dr L would not follow up with what needs to be done next or give proper instructions. 3) During one of the visits, my wife had to return saying there was no technician avbl to do the ultra sound. I have seen both Dr. Raav and Dr. L. Both are extremely kind. Dr. L performed a colposcopy on me today and i was so nervous. She did what she had to do quickly with nearly zero pain. She took the time to talk to me and answer questions. I was so thankful to her and the nurse that were in the room. I felt way more at ease than I could have imagined. No matter the results, I am confident in the care i will/ have received.

Had to wait 1 hr and 5 min for doctor. I understand things happen but they should inform you if they are running that far behind.
