VERY disappointed. Family member made an appointment, which she confirmed. Drove 45 minutes to an empty office. Therapist "didn't check her calendar" and was out on a personal errand..... Extremely unprofessional, particularly for a therapist. Would absolutely not recommend.
Very unprofessional. I don't know why they are in business if they don't actually want to do their job . I made an appointment and nobody was there. My time is valuable.
Absolutely did not help me what so ever. Even when I flat out told them what was going on and how I felt I got "yeah. Uh huh" and they'd just sit there and play with my service dog. Not caring about me at all.
