Initial experience: I had called to request some repair work in June, but due to being a new customer I was told I would be put on a waiting list, and I would be contacted around the second week of July to have the requested service done. I agreed to wait for the service requested till next month since it was not something that was urgent. Unfortunately, I NEVER received a call back. July and August came and went. Was a pleasant & straightforward experience with the sales manager Jan, who had provided to me the upfront costs & a reasonable estimated time of completion for my home irrigation installation after the contract was signed.
