Initial experience: I had called in June for help locating the valve boxes. The lady on the phone told me on the phone that such a request can be time consuming, difficult, and it is possible that they will not be able to locate them. But regardless, a tech would come over and provide an estimated cost before starting any work. I was also told that due to being a new customer I would be put on a waiting list and would be contacted around the second week of July to see if I would still like to have the requested service done.... read more

I agreed to wait for the service requested till next month since it was not something that was urgent. Unfortunately, I NEVER received a call back. July and August came and went.
