I’ve been taking all my vehicles to One Time Auto Repair for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. The team is honest, reliable, and really knows what they’re doing. They always fix my cars right the first time and stand behind their work. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys are the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I got a check engine light and decided to come in based off reviews, I let them know my issues with the car and what code popped up when I ran the obd2. They came out to the parking lot and gave it a quick 2-4 minute inspection and checked/did acouple things and then they reset the code and like magic... the issues were gone and car wasnt giving any engine light anymore. Probably the best experience I could have had at a mechanics and going forward I would like to continue working with One Time Auto Repair due to the sincerity of their work and customer service. While stopping to visit my friend during a roadtrip, my car started making an odd noise. To be on the safe side I decided to have the car checked out. The guys at One Time Auto Repair were able to fit me in to take a glance at my car the same day and were so helpful in identifying and fixing the problem a day later! Ended up needing to tune up my engine (replacing spark plugs, coils, the catalytic converter, etc.) and they walked me through why each component needed replacing.
