I recently moved into One Theater Square Apartments on June 8, 2026, and my experience has been outstanding from the very beginning. The entire team has been incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and welcoming. I have been counting down the days to write this review. I have lived in this building since 2018 when they opened and was owned by a different management company that was amazing. It changed over to Bozzuto and problems after problems since then. I’ll start by the apartments are cheaply made. The walls are thin the framing and baseboards bubble up if you clean excessively. We had a wonderful experience living at One Theater Square for about a year and a half. Donna and the entire team were always very nice, fair, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Communication was clear, and they genuinely cared about residents. The building is well managed, and everyone in the community is friendly, which made it a very comfortable place to call home. Moving in was a smooth and easy process. The leasing agents have been extremely helpful and accommodating, making the transition really pleasant. I’ve only been here for about five days, but so far everything has been great and I haven’t had any issues.
