My partner and I scheduled an appointment to view a few apartments this past Saturday at 12:00pm.We drove 2.5hrs from Long Island.A little after 11am upon entering NJ,we ran into a bit of traffic. Do not move into these apartments. The management and staff are unprofessional, and the environment is toxic. The assistant property manager, Donna, is constantly in residents’ business, making the place feel invasive and uncomfortable. On top of that, the so-called “concierge service” is not a real concierge at all—it’s just a valet company owned by friends of the property manager. Moving into this building was a huge mistake. Management is unprofessional and shows clear favoritism, while residents’ concerns are ignored. Donna, the assistant property manager, actually lives in the building — so don’t think you won’t constantly see her or have her in your business. Instead of supporting residents, she gossips, interferes, and makes the living environment uncomfortable. I have been a a resident at One Theater Square for a little over two years now. As a long term renter, this is one of the best experiences I have ever had! Management is responsive to resident concerns, and there is a concerted effort at building community. Great amenities, clean living space, and friendly staff!
