We had a wonderful experience living at One Theater Square for about a year and a half. Donna and the entire team were always very nice, fair, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Communication was clear, and they genuinely cared about residents. The building is well managed, and everyone in the community is friendly, which made it a very comfortable place to call home. Moving in was a smooth and easy process. The leasing agents have been extremely helpful and accommodating, making the transition really pleasant. I’ve only been here for about five days, but so far everything has been great and I haven’t had any issues.

I've been at One Theater Square over a year now and it has been nothing short of Amazing. Greeted with warm welcomes from Jessie during the day and Isaiah in the evenings, they are always a delight along with the rest of the front desk team. Amrita gave me my first tour and assisted me every step of the way with the on boarding process. And after my tour I knew I wanted to call this place my home for me and my daughter. The facility is nice and clean, but the management is not the greatest. Amrita ignores emails, and management hardly greet tenants.
