The leasing/management office does not pick up the phone, respond to voicemail, emails, and do not uphold appointments to show the apartment virtually. Such was my unfortunate experience w/ this property recently. As a building charging ~30% higher than properties nearby, this is highly disappointing behaviour on the management's part.
I’ve had a truly outstanding experience living here. The staff are exceptional—always professional, friendly, and genuinely warm in every interaction. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. I love the sauna and I love the steam room. The gym is also really nice and I love our view of the park. The Ironbound section is really nice when the weather gets warmer and you want to take a long stroll and get food.
Beautiful building, and Amrita was very professional and helpful during our building tour. A great option for someone looking for amenities and a nice living space close to transit options for work in NYC.
The Maintenance Service Manager roldophe was responsive, efficient, and effective in resolving issues. Highly recommend for reliable maintenance solutions."
