Location near the Venice/Santa Monica broad walk is very cool. You can take a leisurely stroll, have lunch at Shutters and enjoy a spa treatment all in one day!. We had Massages and facial which exceptional. The service is outstanding.
So disappointed! So many better spas in Santa Monica. The massage service itself was decent, but the facility and management were poor. The showers were broken, the locker rooms played rock music, and you have to walk through a loud fitness center to get to the relaxation room. And the staff was rude. Go somewhere else!
