The facials with Dianna are the best in Los Angeles. Truly hard to compare her to anyone because I’m always surprised by a new technique, her skill & deep passion for her art form. Very fortunate to have found her & I can’t speak higher of what she offers to people.

I was parked to this hotel and their staff's family members were parked illegally in front of me in the red blocking my view next to a sign that very clearly read no parking. I asked them politely to leave and excuse me are you a supervisor here do you work here because I just want to let you know about your staff members family members that were parked illegally and they're red for an hour and refused to leave. There were several things I liked about the experience here, and there is also room for improvement. First, what I liked — I liked the steam room and the towels and robe were great quality. What could be better — Though I booked an hour length massage, the actual massage I got was less than an hour. The massage therapist didn’t do both sides evenly. For instance, did right hand but not left. I specifically requested unscented oil, and reminded the massage therapist at the beginning of the session (and it seemed heard and tot... read more
