Office staff are friendly and efficient, Dr Reitzel is friendly and very attentive. Takes time to answer questions, and I’ve never felt rushed if I need clarification or to have a discussion about health concerns.
Just call them. They said they cannot help with chronic gang so I guess I can't go there.
This is the best doctors office I have ever been to. I love it so much so, that I bring my entire family. Even my sister and her family go here. We all see Jessica Hamel but the whole office really is amazing. Jess is so attentive and caring. I have never felt rushed, or be made to feel silly. They even follow up on my referrals to make sure they’ve been received. Katie up front is so personable and nice. Neisha the nurse is amazing and caring. Truly an amazing office.

Dr. Wallace is so attentive and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Wanting to get to the core of the problem and find solutions to help make life better for the patient and their family. We switched over from Dr. Fernander who is NOT a kind person at all, so it was refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect instead of distain and contempt.
