UPDATE: One Stop Windows & Doors helped work out delivery of the missing window. The poor service is not One Stop Windows & Doors, it is Milgard. I would work with One Stop Windows & Doors again. Delivery was short one window. One Stop Windows & Doors tells me to call the window manufacturer, Milgard, directly. Millard tells me they will only work with One Stop Windows & Doors. Recommend using a different window supplier to avoid the run around and poor service.
This store have high quality windows and doors. Would highly recommend shopping here if you take you home to the next level
Awful company. Get your windows elsewhere. Our shipment of windows was short one window. Milgard and their authorized retailer are giving us the runaround and refusing to take responsibility. Don’t get caught up with this awful company. There are many better choices of windowsuppliers.
