Zero stars which is equal to their customer service. Placed an order 4th June for delivery end of June. Took my money and never heard from again. Pathetic! Total waste of my time!
I have been dealing with OSW on and off since 2015, and although the team has changed over the years, the level of support, product range, and overall service have remained strong. Ring and made an enquire for a solar battery system on the 8th April. No one answerd, just said leave a message. Yes, did that 3 times. No one go back to me. Sent 4 emails and at no time did a live person return my phone calls either for a request for a quote. No one from the sales team rang back to discuss my requirments for a solar system. Worst company I have ever dealt with. So much for A.I. help !! So much for such a large company, what ever happened to customer service !!
