Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Absolutely appalling that my concerns "were a waste of time" to them. I feel bamboozled and if I were you I'd find another place to get your car fixed.
I took my 2005 GMC SIERRA 2500 SLT in because it was acting peculiarly when coming to a start and stop. They did a service inspection and what they did seemed to fix that problem. However, I was told that my transfer case had a leak and was pretty much out of fluid and probably should be rebuilt. They provided an estimate. I was skeptical. But on investigation everything Joy (the gal behind the counter) told me was true.
