I went on Yelp looking for an auto repair because I thought my breaks were going out. Fernando from One Stop Tire and Auto Repair was the first to respond. He explained to me what it sounded like and quoted me a reasonable price. I went in the next morning without an appointment. Fernando immediately greeted. They checked out my car, confirmed it was the breaks. Had new breaks on in less than 2 hours. Great place. I am a customer for life.
Took our Chevy suv in for brakes. Super fast quick service and great prices. Customer service with Fernando was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and prompt at getting us on our way. Also took a family members car in on a tow truck and his team was able to diagnose and fix the issues in no time. Highly recommend for all automotive needs. Good service and good prices and quality work I will take all my vehicles here when I need tires or other automotive issues taken care of. This is literally a one stop shop!
I appreciated that I got fast service and didn’t have to wait a week for my AC to get fixed. Great customer service and I didn’t feel like Fernando pushed other services on me. He let me know there were a couple other things that needed to get done but they could wait. As a single woman I feel like sometimes shops take advantage of the fact that I know absolutely nothing about cars and therefore make it seem like my car needs all kinds of work done. Women will understand this! Highly recommend this shop!

Took my vehicle in for brake inspection as I was hearing a grinding noise. Brake inspection was completed & Fernando called me with pricing. Great customer service & rear brakes were replaced 👍🏽 overall it was a great experience. I moved to Yucaipa about 4 years ago and looks like I found my regular shop going forward. Highly recommended
