I've been here twice and both experiences were positive. Professional staff, efficient service, and fair, competitive pricing. At my most recent visit, they took photos during the inspection and clearly listed out the repair details, which I really appreciated. The work was completed the same day. A straightforward shop that does solid, dependable work.
I have a 2002 Toyota Tundra truck and was having trouble opening both the driver and passenger doors and was afraid that I would eventually be locked out. Fernando said that this is a common issue with this generation of truck. He located the parts that I needed and I was able to pick up my truck the following day. Just went there for the first time and got a four-wheel alignment for my 2010 pickup for a very fair price and was able to pick up my truck in a couple of hours even though someone was ahead of me. Fernando patiently answered all my questions in detail. I'm happy my pickup steering no longer pulls to the right. I will go there again next time I need work done.
I drive full time for DoorDash and needed a GOOD mechanic on the team. I’d taken my car To the dealership and a couple other mechanics before taking it to Fernando and his guys. Total professionals,great service and got me back to work next day every time I’ve gone in.
I was in a bind the day before Thanksgiving and needed my vehicle repaired that day. I called One Stop Tire And Auto repair In Yucaipa and they said I could bring my vehicle right in. They fixed my vehicle quickly and did not overcharge me. They also advised me of other Repairs my vehicle may need in the future, But did not pressure me to get those done.
