First time filing my taxes with One Stop Tax and it was an easy process. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I received my refund faster than I expected and am very satisfied with the overall process. Will be coming back to file my taxes again.

I meet with Tonya and left tax paperwork. They assured me they would look over and get started right away. After two weeks and no returned calls, I finally got ahold of some, (the owners wife) she told me Charles would start on it immediately and get back to me. a week and half later, more calls not returned.
