Incredibly helpful, especially for someone who's not handy. They helped me through a shower faucet/cartridge problem that's probably not a big deal for 99% of people...but nevertheless, they are now my go-to if its something I think I can handle.

Not only have I gone to One Stop when I worked for a plumbing company, I still to this day stop in there as a self employed Plumbing contractor when I’m in a pinch (10 years) John and his team have always been extremely helpful with me being a plumber himself all these years he knows exactly what I go thru with plumbing service and repair work.
