We had an issue with our inverters and One Stop support team was amazing. They were excellent at communicating throughout the process. We are back up and running with our solar panels.....100% satisfaction.
Great company Vince and Mike the tech all was great! Did trouble shooting turned out not to be an issue bad mapping of the system by another company but showed me other issues.
I have never been so at ease until I got to work with Vincent! He did everything he could to save us money and went into great detail of everything. His communication is great. He told me when the panels would be dropped off and when the installers would come. He never missed a beat. And shout out the the installers that come to my home, they where respectful and knew what they were doing. I will be letting my friends ans family know to come here if they have problems with their solar!!!
