This worker/owener had a bad attitude, while working vehicle performing a smog test I was whiting in my vehicle facing the area where he was working. I wanted to to read the other services that they offer so I took out my phone took a picture to zoom in and he immediately comes to me and says the machine is not working and goes to ask why was I taking pictures. He changes his shop name after bad reviews, he told me it was a paint shop. Took him my daughter accord to paint and it came out real bad, paid 2500 for a 900 dollar paint job, I trusted him at first
The owner of this smog check refused to smog check my car because it was 4:30pm and he closes at 5pm. God forbid he has to hold over a few minutes past 5pm! Extremely lazy owner that has zero customer service knowledge. I went to another smog check just down the street where they happily took my business.
Awesome service friendly and knowledgeable got my tags while i was there waiting for smog inspection!!! One stop smog for the win!!!
