We were in town visiting the caverns when our A/C suddenly started blowing hot air. It was a Sunday afternoon and this was the only shop open. We were incredibly grateful they were available! The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, getting us back on the road in no time. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. Excellent service when we needed it most—highly recommend!
I was told before leaving Alamogordo 3+ hours away they close at 7like the website says I was also told by the technician in Alamogordos store they would change the tire for for free with the receipt upon arriving in Carlsbad at 5:30 they told my sister they close at 5:00 when I went in the "manager" told me his 2 closing techs walked in and quit and he couldn't do it himself there was nothing they could do till tomorrow.
