Couldn't be more pleased with the work that Jon did on my 2003 MINI Cooper S. Jon found, diagnosed, fixed an electrical issue on my car that even the professional BMW guys missed time and time again, The electrical problem had led to a series of other issues, including repeatedly failed A/C unit, cooling fan, etc. Other mechanics kept replacing the electrical units that were damaged without fixing the cause. 5 stars!!!, after firestone failed me several times I decided to try local, Quality Auto came highly recommended. I called John, he picked up right away and was very professional, and took my Jeep in the same day and fixed what Firestone couldn't. It was a pleasure to deal with him and the shop, he charged me hundreds less than other shops and did it faster, and found several mistakes that another shop made. The attention to the small details is what matters, and Quality Auto does.
