My roofing company worked for One Stop Construction on a commercial building project in the Spring of 2022. They did not pay, stiffing us on over $15k. We had been on-time for all roofing work needs, even when their haphazard planning meant we had to push other customers to get to their project. Working with this company as a customer, vendor, or supplier should be avoided at all costs.

I work for a nationwide construction company. One Stop had issues with my company on another project. So they reached out to me to provide a proposal on my project, they were responsive during bid and provided a complete proposal. We agreed upon a cost and scope, but they never signed their contract. They led me along for weeks only to back out 2 weeks before their start date (their Director and Owner didn't even call to notify me). We worked for them last November did thousands of dollars of work, haven’t seen a dime and haven’t heard a thing about when we’d get paid.

We did some emergency work for these guys and dropped everything to get to the job so they could get a store back up and running and when it came time for payment we’ve only heard crickets
