Staff are rude and unatentive, they do not explain what you are paying them for nor provide paperwork until asked showing where the money went causing us to pay our rates twice $4000 worth we were first home buyers so had no idea. I called to clarify a few things and when i asked if this was one stop settlements the lady said no it wasnt but what did i want then somehow knew about an email conversation my partner had with the company. Seemed dodgy as i called the number from the email.
