I called them today to give them a warning about someone breaking into storage units there. In doing the right thing, this is the thanks I get. Their storage units also have mice in them, they chewed through some cords of mine as well as the bottom of my bakers rack. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Wasn’t told how to enter the gate code. Luckily I figured it out.
Storage unit was broken into and the perpetrator installed a lock of their own for assumably a revisit. Insurance stated that because nothing was damaged, there was no claim to be made. Camera surveillance was not positioned in a way to get a clear shot of who and when it happened. We were unable to obtain a gate code for ourselves and whoever handles the phones just gave us their code for entry. I would not recommend this place as they seem very disorganized and unwilling to assist when your storage unit is broken into. Edi... read more
