Well let's start off with my roll up door never worked right. It was so hard to open I dreaded having to go to the storage unit all the time. Then I went to get my last load to leave and the entire unit is INFESTED With those large shield shaped boxelder bugs. All in my boxes all over the sides of my stuff. Im so GROSSED out right now!!!! 8 days before my bill was due I let them know I'd be leaving. Because it wasn't 14 days notice I had to pay a whole months rent. Look elsewhere
Amy Jenkins who states she is the regional manager was very aggressive and I was a witness when she was talking to my aunt via phone. She was loud, and couldn't even catch her breath. She is disrespectful and dishonest. So if a regional manager acts in such a way. I don't recommend anyone renting and providing this establishment business as the customer service is terrible. Their not BBB credited. Please read all reviews and their rating will explain all as I read other reviews and they experience the same service or worse.
The managers and the staff at this location has been the worst experience. My family and I have incurred. I do not recommend anybody to rent from this storage unit as customer service is very vital and all the staff members and managers are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered they don’t return calls. They do not reply to emails. They only contact back when they incurred additional rent amounts with fees and charges, I rate this facility zero and the worst customer experience I’ve ever incurred.
The regional manager snd staff have the worst customer service experience. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve experienced. I don’t recommend anyone to rent their storage unit at this location. The staff members are disrespectful, poor customer service. Filthy place. The owner should really take into account the poor management
I am extremely frustrated with the new online payment system. This is now the second month in a row that we’ve had issues trying to make a payment, were charged a late fee, and have been unable to get ahold of anyone by phone or email for assistance. We received an email notifying us that our payment was late, but when we reached out for help making the payment, no one responded. This process has been very difficult and disappointing.
