SCAMMERS. They REFUSE to take your payment, then charge you late fees and threaten to auction your shit and THEN, once you owe triple your bill, they coincidentally have zero issue charging your card suddenly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS
there are homeless people living here. it smells, gets very hot, and i feel uncomfortable accessing our company unit. We are worried they will climb over the walls of our unit and take the contents.
DON'T RENT HERE!This place is terrible I can't wait to get my belongings out of here. It's dirty. Their bathrooms are always disgusting. It's supposed to be temperature controlled and it's always so cold we have to wear hats and gloves. My unit is on the 3rd floor. I could understand if I was close to the bays but I'm no where near them. I had a payment return and they notified me on the regular bill via email. Not via a seperate message as in the past. I have used One Stop Self-Storage in Dayton, OH for the past two years to store my son's belongings while he is home from college on summer break. The facility is very well maintained, clean and the storage units are in a secure warehouse building. Building access is 24/7 which is a huge plus. The staff is also very responsive and helpful in setting up reservations and anything else you may need. I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility for short or long-term storage.
Great service, easy process, excellent communication via texts, and even reached out with a UD student discount! Highly recommend!!
