Never. Have I had such an awful experience worth a storage facility. The rates have tripled since I first rented my unit. I was locked out for 4 months even though I had paid . 5 days late for my payment even though I have auto pay any the money is in my account, I am charged a late fee and another lock on my unit. I have contacted the better business bureau. Any storage facility is better than this one! -3 stars.
