Just wanted to take a moment to “gush” over Nate and his team. Not only were they super responsive during the hurricane, patient with me, answered all of my questions and made me feel safe with all of the fraudsters that were about… there is more. That is absolutely plenty for a 5 star review, however, we discovered something done incorrectly and Nate rectified the situation. One Stop Restoration provided excellent service after my condominium had extensive water damage when I was out of town. Nate was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend One Stop Restoration!
Nate at one stop was very professional! Communication was always prompt and One Stop was easy to work with. They helped us when our home was affected by flooding from hurricane Milton. Their prices are fair— not inexpensive but honestly, you do get what you pay for and this is a reliable company that does fantastic mitigation, demolition and restoration work. Definitely worth the peace of mind. They also follow FEMA protocol and were able to work with our insurance company. Thanks Nate and One Stop!
