Cleaning was mediocre, I had to point out dirt and debris still on the furniture. Also, my TV, X-Box, Dining Table, and Carpet were all soaked. He thought wiping the TV down with a towel was sufficient. When I brought this to his attention, he accused me of ripping him off and grabbed my car keys and stormed out the door. I had to chase him down to get my car keys back. All was well with the process. He was prompt to get out. However, after the cleaning was done to our sofa there was a RED discoloration on the cushions that was not there prior to the cleaning. Due to this being during the holidays and us being out of town I wasn't able to get in touch with Mike until 2 weeks later. Clearly my fault for not listening to my Fiance and not taking the time to call sooner.
