Very friendly and relaxed classes. Onero program is great for bone density treatment. Carefully supervised by a qualified physiotherapist.
I would like to thank Roxan for her patience with me while I don't listen to her advice always and keep flaring myself up. But with her patience the past 2 years, I started following her instructions and I started climbing the stairs step by step. Thank you Roxan for your patience and thank you for changing my mind about physiotherapists as my previous two weren't up to the standard.
