I've been with this place for more than 1.5 years for Onero classes. After the first 12 months my bone density scan showed an average 3.5% increase. My muscle strength has also improved tremendously.
Roxan is an incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and caring physiotherapist. I started Roxan's Onero classes 5 months ago to increase bone density and I am very pleased with my progress. I feel stronger, lifting safely and heavier than I have before and really look forward to each session.
