I had a very poor experience with this company. I received a card in the mail indicating that they knew I was moving and providing a quote for cleaning services. To this day, I still have no idea how they knew I was moving. I decided to book an end-of-lease cleaning after checking their reviews. However, they canceled and postponed the job three times without much notice, which ultimately forced me to pay an extra week's rent to my real estate agent. I strongly advise caution when booking a job with this team.
Reliable and well priced. It went well.
One Stop wanted to charge an extra 50% of the initial budget for subjective reasons on the same day we had to make our bond clean. Even we made a pre-cleaning the previous day. Not very professional at all. First time I have to give 1 star in Google reviews.
