I went to Leslie's in Mobile Alabama to buy a new bag for my Polaris. An unbranded universal bag was $51.00. I didn't pay that i went to amazon and got 2 for $14.99
Went to Leslie’s pool supply today in eatontown to get a hose for my Polaris which they sell. They did not have the hose I needed and told me I could order it and it would be here in 5-7 days. I ordered it from amazon and it will be here in 2. No wonder so many stores are going out of business. They don’t keep their shelves stocked so you have to order on line. Shame on you Leslie’s. You are a pool supply company, get some supplies.
Don’t buy anything from Leslie’s Pool Supplies (especially the Val Vista & Guadalupe stir) if you think you might have to return the item you bought. I purchased a jr. goggle/snorkel set for my nephew but wasn’t sure it would fit. I asked the sales rep if I could return the item, if the goggle didn’t fit him... they didn’t fit. I went back to the store the next day where I encountered a different sales rep, Steven (aka *** hole). Pool service tech broke pool skimmer basket.. Said they would not replace.. After 20 years of being a customer I am finally done with this franchise.. So many issues over the years to list.. Fed up with them.. Customers beware!!! Find another pool service

Employees in the Elk Grove store are RUDE and unfriendly
Please be careful when having Leslie's do service on your pool. They DO not stand behind their work and the customer service will not call you back. Would not recommend their service or customer service!!!
