I was literally in the store for one minute. They looked at what I needed and I was out the door two minutes later. Very knowledgeable. Had exactly the part that I needed and the price was very reasonable. I will use them for all my pool needs from now on.
Poseidon has great customer service. They were able to repair my pool vacuum.
Needed a pump part on Saturday before July 4. I talked to Steve. He checked suppliers but they were closed over the weekend and he said he could get one on Monday. I told him it wouldnt work because I was leaving on vacation Monday. Thanked him and said I would handle it when I got back. 30 min later, he called back and remembered that one local supplier was open til noon Saturday and that he would DRIVE OVER THERE and pick one up from the supplier. I drove 30 minutes to pick up a part that they confirmed over the phone was in stock, when I arrived, they said it wasn’t available.
We have been in the store on several occasions. They have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. So when it came time to have some work done on our pool, there was no question where we were going to go. The did an amazing job, at a reasonable rate. They were very professional and polite. Got everything done in 1 day. I don’t plan on ever using any one else or any other store. Great job!
