I went to this place hoping to find things for my 50th birthday party but I was very disappointed they didn't have much most of their shelves were empty and the prices were a little high compared to Amazon. If you're looking for a lot of party stuff this place doesn't have much to choose from. This is why I gave it a 3 star.
Everything you may need and friendly and helpful staff…one stop shopping.
I purchased an item and 20 minutes later I tried to exchange it for 3 different items and was told that they have a no refund policy. My 1 item was $6.00 and the 3 items would have been $27.00. What kind of dumb business people are you. Go ahead and stick to your strick policy and continue to lost money.
They should update their hours of operation on Google because they are not accurate.
What a rip off!!!! Bought beads for $4.00 and before I realized it they charge a 3.00 fee on a credit card- When I said I could pay cash, they then proceeded to tell me on the outside window was a sign no returns. You will not stay in business long with this strategy!
