I have been coming to Party Heroes in Myrtle Beach for years, ever since I met the owner at a professional balloon conference. The staff here is so friendly and helpful 100% recommend coming here they were even just closed and still let me in!! Come check them out!!
It bothers me to even write such a low review, but I'm so disappointed in the owner of this store. I've been planning a surprise party for a friend of mine since January. I went into the store in March and ordered balloons. I paid for them in full. The party was this past Saturday which was Memorial Day Weekend. A few weeks ago the owner, Karin reached out to me because she was going through her orders and wanted to know if I paid for my order because the girl who took my order quit.
