I LOVE OSOS! If my company ever has an issue with our coffee machine, they send someone to come and fix it day of! I’ve never had to wait more than 45 min for someone to show up after I call them. They are so nice and their customer service is out of this world. They respond to emails with lightning speed. OSOS is crazy reliable too!
