Poor interaction I had with a front office staff member named Savanah. I called regarding a mutual patient and an insurance issue, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. Throughout the conversation, she had a dismissive tone, laughed at points where it was inappropriate, and came across as sarcastic and uncooperative.
