One Stop leasing has been such a great help. They bring value to their customers and transparency. Thank you!
They are terrible. Abysmal. They consistently failed to sustain even a modicum of professionalism in their communications and timeliness in regards to maintenance and repair requests, were consistently rude, and lied to me multiple times about how the utility accounts and move out fees would be handled, costing me hundreds of dollars. I do not recall even one good experience with them.
They take care of their tenants. Maintenance is great!
